HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All orders received before 5:00 p.m. will be shipped within 2 business days. In some cases, an item may be considered a “special order item” or on backorder with our vendor and this may add an extra day or two for your item(s) to arrive in-clinic.

  • Friday Orders: Orders placed on a Friday (before 5:00 p.m.) will be delivered the following Monday.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on a weekend (or after 5:00 p.m. on a Friday) will typically be delivered the following Tuesday.
  • Stat Holiday Orders: Orders placed on the day before a Stat/Provincial Holiday (before 5:00 p.m.) will be delivered on in 2 business days. 

We will contact you when your order has arrived. 

 

DO I HAVE TO BE A COCHRANE ANIMAL CLINIC CLIENT TO ORDER ONLINE?

No, anyone can place an order through our online website, but you must make an account for the website in order to add to your cart. You can choose to pick your item(s) up in clinic or have them shipped to you.

 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A NEW ACCOUNT TO ORDER ONLINE?

You must create an account to place an order with us.  

  

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Please contact the clinic for any return requests.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

 

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE OR EMAIL?

If you prefer to place your order by phone, please call the clinic at (403)932-5875 or send us an email to office@cochraneanimalclinic.com.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes! When placing an order just choose the "Pickup" option, and your order will be shipped for free to our clinic. We are open Monday – Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm.
